At Of Bones and Briar, all services are personalised spiritual and divination services created specifically for each client. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Services

All readings and services provided by Of Bones and Briar are delivered digitally via email unless otherwise stated.

Due to the personalised nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun or the completed reading has been delivered.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before work on the reading or service has started.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Once preparation, divination, interpretation, or document creation has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

Duplicate purchases made in error
Failure to deliver the purchased service
Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued based on:

Dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes or interpretations
Personal disagreement with a reading
Change of mind after work has started
Delays within the stated turnaround periods

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated turnaround times are:

Rune and oracle readings: up to 2 working days
Tarot and osteomancy readings: up to 5 working days
Full divination packages: up to 7 working days

Please allow the full stated timeframe before requesting support regarding delayed delivery.

Incorrect Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address when purchasing services.
