Digital Services
All readings and services provided by Of Bones and Briar are delivered digitally via email unless otherwise stated.
Due to the personalised nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun or the completed reading has been delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before work on the reading or service has started.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
Once preparation, divination, interpretation, or document creation has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated turnaround times are:

Rune and oracle readings: up to 2 working days

Tarot and osteomancy readings: up to 5 working days

Full divination packages: up to 7 working days
